Fresh round of funding for AI-driven software firm positions it for further growth.

Optimal Dynamics Raises $40 Million

Logistics software company Optimal Dynamics has raised $40 million in a Series C round led by Koch Disruptive Technologies and joined by Bessemer Venture Partners, The Westly Group, and Activate.

Koch is betting on the productivity improvements Optimal Dynamic’s fleet optimization software can bring to its stable of industrial companies, many of which involve transportation.

The Koch venture arm has now invested over $300 million across seven startups in transportation and logistics since 2019, including supply-chain labeling company Trackonomy, autonomous yard operations firm Outrider and now Optimal Dynamics.
